Bradley Hall re-engages with MHW

N-East property resurgence

19 February 2014

For a third time North East chartered surveying team Bradley Hall has turned to MHW PR to help raise profile as the regional property market enjoys a resurgence in activity.

The firm - with offices in Newcastle and Durham - first turned to MHW several years ago to maximise the opening of a new branch in Grey Street, and highlight a wider expansion and bigger push into commercial work on Tyneside. In 2013, we were re-engaged to highligh the firm's 25th anniversary.

This year, in 2014, we have been tasked with communicating the firm's new focus from its three different offices, and to aggressively promote successful transactions, helping to secure further deals and property and development acquisitions.

Grey Street office will now step up commercial activity in the city and wider region; the Gosforth office will focus entirely on residential work while the Durham branch will have a dual role dealing in both residential and commercial activity.
