Gateshead-based Synergi IT appointed MHW PR to design a PR-led marketing strategy along with a corporate identity to help quickly establish its presence in the North East business community.
Synergi, fronted by well known North East businessman Peter Joynson, is driving the adoption of the next generation of IT business technology tools. Synergi is promoting Microsoft technologies, such as Office 365 and SharePoint, along with specially designed web-based business apps.
MHW, working alongside colleagues at Room 8 Design, developed a corporate identity, along with photography and assets for the company website. This was followed by a burst of PR coverage in the regional business press, magazines and online platforms.
Peter Joynson said: "We chose to work with MHW because they came highly recommended and had strong business-to-business experience. Following a successful initial launch phase we are now moving into a planned new campaign that maximises a broad marketing mix of activity.

PR director Wayne Halton is leading the account and has been responsible for devising an online marketing strategy alongside a broader communications campaign that comprises traditional media relations, events and partnership work.
