A series of business appointments rounded off a successful 15th anniversary year at MHW PR.
Leading independent North East fork lift truck specialist Permatt appointed Newcastle based PR firm MHW to promote the business's growing operations across the region and in Cumbria.
Permatt Fork Lift Trucks, based in Killingworth and with a depot in Penrith, has a specialist vehicle fleet nearing 400 and expects to break through an annual turnover of £3m in 2016. Permatt is the main Toyota fork lift truck supplier for the North East and Cumbria.
A couple of months earlier MHW was appointed to undertake a national PR campaign for Blaydon-based electrical engineering business Slaters Electricals. This family business, supplying power and distribution equipment since 1946, has restructured for an ambitious UK growth programme.
Bespoke glass manufacturer Romag has also appointed MHW to undertake national PR across its range of customer facing specialist media, including solar PV, architectural, security and transport.
Ian Watson, a director at MHW, said: "We've always had a strong business-to-business background and offer. But our expertise in certain trade and technical environments is helping us win new business and put our skills to work for some great, specialist national companies."
