Trust in brands, business and institutions is declining. There were many rotten examples of corporate failure and institutional corruption during 2015. Today's multi-media world means bad behaviour and a disconnect between brand promises and reality can be quickly exposed, damaging or ruining reputation. Successful businesses during 2016 - large and small - will be those investing in their reputation.
