OUR APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY
Our approach and philosophy
We never forget that our ultimate aim is to help clients gain competitive or strategic advantage by managing their reputation. Often, this entails designing communication programmes around three fundamental considerations:
- who do we want to influence
- what message we want to get across to them
- what is the best way of delivering that message.
We believe that PR works well as part of an integrated communications strategy and should not work in isolation. For a client to gain maximum value they should use PR to drive a broader marketing campaign.
A professional relationship
We believe that a proper professional relationship is a matter of two-way communication. We expect to sit down with clients on a regular basis to review progress, listen and plan ahead. Such planning meetings are in addition to normal day-to-day contact.
Our input tends to fall into a number of basic categories:
- advice on all matters with PR implications
- implementation of agreed strategies and tactics - driving the PR programme, coming up with creative ideas for achieving the objectives
- monitoring, objective feedback and market intelligence
- administration and evaluation.
Our values
Honesty
Transparency and accountability
Professionalism
