Community relations

We help develop community relations strategies and implementation tactics for companies that genuinely engage with and establish long-term relationships with the communities in which they operate.

Being a good corporate citizen, a 'good neighbour' within a community can be mutually beneficial. While it's an investment for a company or organisation - in either time or money - such activity, where done in genuine partnership, can foster positive returns and benefits.

A company does not exist in a vacuum. Its employees typically live in a nearby community, where many were often brought up. The company 'banks' in this community.

Good, effective community relations actively involves the people, businesses and organisations who live, work and operate in the surrounding area in company activities.

Whether it's through school/college partnerships, apprenticeship schemes,  sponsorship or charity fundraising or some environmental schemes, MHW will work with you to develop a community relations strategy and practical tactics that deliver rewards for all involved.

Activities might include:

  • Establishing links with the right people and organisations
  • Community based sponsorship
  • Community fundraising activities
