Social media marketing

Nobody can ignore social media in today's environment. Even if you're reluctant to engage you're probably already been talked about.

Most people recognise the potential power of social media. The fact it continues to change at a frightening pace and new platforms come and go should not be used by detractors as a reason not to engage. Brands and companies ignore social media marketing at their peril.

MHW helps companies develop social media strategies and consider how much resource should be given to such activity. A minimum requirement is that most, if not all, companies should now be 'listening' and monitoring what is either been said about them, their competition and the industry sector.

Forget the technology and quirky names, digital and social media marketing is about getting people - possibly customers - talking. Ideally, talking about you and your products, ultimately leading to favourable changes in attitudes and behaviour.

Customer-service organisations see social media as an extension of what they already do and an exciting and prompt way to reach and engage with customers. Even conservative professional service firms see it as a way to improve access and project personality and show that they're modern, open practices. Big brands see social as a way to strengthen brand value and capture more customer data.

For some clients we've either advised or implemented social media campaigns that help them build and maintain relationships with the hyper-connected people and communities who matter most; social is full of influencers, advocates and 'heroes' in particular fields.

Platforms like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and others allow you and agencies like MHW deliver stories - or messages - in different, innovative and perhaps more effective ways. Let's talk and see how we can help your social media marketing.
